Grady C. Frank, Jr.

Grady is an experienced litigator who has tried hundreds of cases to verdict and judgment in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has also argued dozens of cases in the Virginia Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. His trial experience includes disputes concerning a broad range of banking and mortgage lender liability claims, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy and securities, insurance coverage, casualty and insurance-related defense cases, partnership and intra-corporate disputes, real property litigation, including mechanics' liens, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and specific performance.

Grady joined Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank PLC in 2010 and was an integral part of establishing our Alexandria, Virginia office. Prior to joining the firm, Grady practiced at Troutman Sanders, LLP in the areas of Complex Litigation and Financial Services Litigation.
