CLAIR A. HARRINGTON
Clair’s practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, structured finance and asset-based lending. Clair provides advice and services to clients ranging from community lenders to national real estate investment companies.
Clair has extensive experience analyzing and negotiating title matters, contracts and commercial financing structures. She is frequently called upon to draft complex agreements and instruments. She has also taught numerous continuing education programs to lawyers, paralegals and real estate industry professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, Clair was a partner at Meyer, Goergen & Marrs, P.C., in Richmond, Virginia, where she practiced real estate and commercial law for eleven years.
Additional Information
Originally from the United Kingdom, Clair is very involved in her community in Hanover County, Virginia, providing pro-bono services to Hanover Habitat for Humanity (where she was formerly a board member) and sitting on the Executive Committee of the PTSA for Hanover County’s Atlee High School.
Clair was also the featured attorney in the Solo and Small Business Section’s feature edition of the ABA Journal in 2007.
