LINDSEY DOBBS CHASE
Lindsey Dobbs Chase is an associate in Gregory Kaplan's real estate section. Ms. Chase's practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation for multi-million dollar national transactions, as well as smaller, local deals. Lindsey routinely handles transactions involving Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, real estate investment trusts and Delaware Statutory Trusts.
In addition, Ms. Chase has extensive experience with all aspects of commercial real estate leasing. Lindsey has also assisted commercial real estate developers by creating residential and commercial condominiums and preparing various easement agreements and declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions.
Additional Information
Lindsey previously practiced at Hirschler Fleischer, PC, also in Richmond, as a member of that firm's Real Estate Securities Group, and later served as in-house counsel for a mortgage company.
